This Kitchen Cabinet is for one of my customer in Africa - Ghana

This Kitchen Cabinet is for one of my customer in Africa - Ghana, which is used for his own house. The material is made of High gloss Lacquer with MFC, BLUM hardware fittings.

As to lacquer door, which is made of MDF board, the surface treatment can be done in high gloss, matt gloss or semi-gloss according to customer requirement, please take care that there prices are the same.
To make the quality perfectly, we have 32 process treatment for every door panel. All the paint we use is eco-friendly, strong in colors & anti Yellowing. Our painting is done in dust free painting room so there will be no dust spot on the board and the board dry in high temperature drying room but not by the nature so it's more strong, anti-scratch and appearance more gloss.

As to carcass and backboard, we do 16mm or 18mm MFC Board, we called chipboard face melamine, also called particle board face melamine, which also can be done in Moisture-proof Particleboard.
We use homag equipment from Germany. Our edge sealing machine is more advance when we do the sealing of the carcass board edge. It will clear & polish board edge firstly, then sealing, when finish the sealing, the machine will clear the extra glue so the sealing edge will be very strong and the life time will be much longer.
